Service Agreement

• University of Bosaso
• Probakaal Services Limited

Purpose:
The purpose of this Service Agreement is to establish a collaborative partnership between the University of Bosaso and Probakaal Services Limited.

Specific Objectives:

1. To advance research in areas of mutual interest.
2. To conduct impact assessments that contribute to economic and private sector development.
3. To foster knowledge exchange and capacity building.
4. To support economic development initiatives through joint projects and studies.

Implementation and Oversight:
This agreement establishes a joint steering committee to oversee the implementation of the Service Agreement. Additionally, the agreement will set up regular meetings and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
